Established in 2017, Tiger Search Network is an international alliance of premier executive search firms united in our mission to provide the highest possible standards in executive recruitment services to our clients. We are to compete with the world's leading retained search firms such as Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds in terms of quality and speed with our utmost commitment to individual client's satisfaction.
About Our Inception
Tiger Search Network was formed with an intention to provide our multinational clients with "consistent quality of service" across key geographies around the world with our executive search solutions.
This was made possible because all the lead consultants and founders of our member firms are former Senior Partners and/or Managing Directors of the world's premier executive search firms like Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds. They are proven leaders with strong footholds and reputation in their local markets. This alone sets Tiger Search Network apart from the rest of the so-called international search alliance organizations.
About Our Differences
Unlike other international executive search alliance organizations, Tiger Search Network will not seek to increase the number of our member firms at the risk of sacrificing consistent quality; rather, we will stay focused on ensuring the highest quality of service in a consistent manner throughout the regions and countries represented by our partner offices as if we were working in the same company. We will discreetly expand our geographic coverage partnering only with those independent search firms whose values and credentials are well aligned with ours.
