Mr. Masaaki Kaburagi is the founder of Prometheia Corporation.  He has about two decades of high profile search experience for board members and C-levels for both Japanese companies and MNCs.  He was a Senior Client Partner of Korn Ferry International, where he led Global Technology Market and Professional Service Sector in Japan.  Before that, he was Managing Director of Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led the company’s hardware and electronics practice in Asia Pacific region.  He is highly regarded by clients for his expertise in the technology and professional services sector.

 

Prior to executive search, Mr. Kaburagi held a number of senior and leadership roles with technology companies in Japan, including Compaq and Fujitsu. He was also previously with Goldman Sachs as Vice President for Asset Management.

 

Mr. Kaburagi holds a masters of business administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with majors in strategic management and finance.  He received a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Chiba University.
